A graduate of Springfield College where Tom played four years of football, he has been in the sports and fitness industry for 25 years. He began coaching at the high school level and then transitioned into training collegiate athletes, professionals and anyone interested in improving their overall health and fitness. In the most recent years, Tom has gone back to his roots of coaching and currently is a football coach at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, NH.
