SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Groups are not a free for all. Groups are formed with same level need-based clients. You put your group together! Whether it is teammates or co-workers, I find that this is the best way for this to work for maximum results and safety.
Getting fit with friends is more motivating than going to the gym on your own!
Group training is 2-8 people to ensure that you we still be getting the most personalized attention.
